Luca is an international yoga teacher and published yoga researcher with over 20 years of experience as an instructor and instructor trainer. Luca is a highly regarded facilitator and coach with more than two decades of experience establishing high-performing teams and building communities. Luca is an expert in workplace culture specializing in organizational resiliency with a focus on communication as a leadership skill. He consults with a variety of clients and businesses across the United States and internationally including entrepreneurs, supervisors, managers, CEOs, creatives, and future leaders. 

Luca has an extensive background in the health and wellness industry as an educator, entrepreneur, and leader. He has co-founded several small businesses and served as director for a regional business in South Florida, as well as for an international yoga brand. Luca has contributed to published academic research in collaboration with the University of Miami and developed a year-long research study for at-risk youth in collaboration with Florida International University. He is a highly sought-after guest speaker and presenter for podcasts, media outlets, events, and conferences including; Miami Dade Schools, NPR, Yoga Journal LIVE, ECA Fitness Conference, Holistic Holiday at Sea Cruise, and at the White House as part of Michelle Obama’s ​Let's Move! Campaign. His workshops are noted for being relatable and packed with practical applications, humor, and everyday wisdom.
