DESCRIPTION
Join Luca Richards and the Warrior Yoga community for the world premiere of The Abundance Code all-day Immersion. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fun and inspiring day of yoga that will challenge your body, liberate your spirit and unlock a new experience of abundance in your yoga practice and everywhere in your life. Our day together will be packed with practical application, humor, and everyday wisdom. All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Our practices will be powerful and include:
- A challenging and fun power yoga class that is both impactful and educational, you will walk away with a new understanding of the pose forms, alignments, and actions.
- We will end our day with a deeply restorative class set to soothing and inspiring music.
- We will engage in journaling prompts to explore how some of our unconscious beliefs limit us from accessing the experiences we desire and getting what we want.
- A seated meditation designed to align your inner intentions with the ever-present and ongoing flow of abundance which is always present.
WHAT THE DAY WILL & WILL NOT BE
The “wills”
- The day WILL go so quickly and will have a huge impact on your yoga practice
- The day WILL leave you stronger, more confident, and more alive than ever in your yoga practice
- The day WILL be for you, and worth whatever you have to do to make it happen!
- The day WILL be uplifting
- The day WILL begin with a light conversation to frame the day and bring into view how the past couple of years has proven that the only thing we can really count on is change
- Our morning practice WILL include specific and valuable alignment, actions, and useful tools that WILL forever change the way you approach your yoga practice
- We WILL have a lunch break and short breaks throughout the day
- We WILL consider our relationship to ABUNDANCE in a fun and lighthearted way with journaling, empowering conversations, and meditation
- We WILL complete the day with a restorative practice that leaves you feeling open, inspired, and relaxed
And... the "will nots":
- The day will not be about digging trenches or doing a deep dive into your whole life (there's been enough of that in the past two years)
- The day will not be heavy in any way at all!
- The day will not feel long (in fact, it will zip right by)
- The day will not be something you regret

Join internationally recognized yoga teacher and published yoga researcher Luca Richards for a unique opportunity to immerse yourself for a full day of growth, connection, community, and celebration. In this all day teacher development Immersion you will experience new discoveries for delivering powerful yoga classes in your own authentic expression.
What does it mean to be your personal best? Your personal best happens when your language, your actions, and who you’re being in each moment are in alignment. When you align with what matters to you most (your core values) you move, live, practice, and share authentically. To embrace your authenticity is to feel 100% yourself and be yourself 100% of the time. To discover what makes you unique and share that everywhere, and with everyone. The Personal Best Immersion is for new, experienced, and not-yet yoga teachers who want to invigorate and energize their classes in an evolving industry. In this immersion, we will review The Key Building Blocks for Teaching & Instructing with on the court exercises for you to fully understand and embody these game-changing practices. You will put into action tools & skills with practical application, conversation, live coaching, and professional development.

- learn tested and proven skills that support the delivery of replicable and consistent classes, while allowing for individual expression, passion, and personality.
- Understand how long-standing professional yoga teachers create energetic and empowering classes.

- Gain newfound confidence in your teaching.
- Experience ah-ha moments in what is causing you to feel bottled and uninspired in your teaching and what it takes to get uncorked.
- Learn what it takes to access freedom of expression in your teaching and find your own authentic voice in the classroom while making a profound difference for your students.
